Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cedar Rapids Water Damage Pro website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Services

We provide water damage restoration, mold remediation, and related services in Cedar Rapids and Linn County, Iowa. Services are provided pursuant to written work authorizations signed at the time of service.

Estimates and Pricing

On-site assessments and written estimates are provided without obligation. Final pricing depends on actual scope of work performed. Any change in scope is documented in writing before additional work is performed.

Insurance Billing

We can bill your insurance carrier directly when you authorize us to do so in writing. You remain responsible for any deductible, excluded items, and amounts not covered by your policy. We are not your insurance advisor; coverage decisions are made by your carrier.

Free-Choice of Contractor

Iowa is a free-choice state. You are not required to use any restoration contractor recommended by your insurance carrier. You have the right to choose your own contractor.

Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with IICRC S500 and S520 reference standards. Specific warranty terms for individual projects are set forth in the work authorization signed at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

Except for our warranty obligations, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
